Shipping policy
We send stock items every weekday with PostNord from our warehouse in Holtug.
All orders are sent with Postnord and charged to:
- NOK 39.00 to Parcelshop
- NOK 69.00 to Home address
- NOK 49.00 to Company address
per order incl. VAT
theprince.dk offers free shipping to Postnord Pakkeshop for orders with a total over DKK. 499.00 incl. VAT (excluding shipping)
When you choose delivery to PostNord Parcelshop, you can choose which parcelshop you would like to use, otherwise PostNord will automatically choose the nearest Parcelshop in relation to your address.
Pre-ordered products and custom-made products are shipped when we receive them from the manufacturer. The expected delivery times are indicated on the individual products.
Delivery times:
Denmark: 2-3 days
We promise to send your package within 24 hours on weekdays if all ordered products are in stock.
We usually pack in the morning and deliver to PostNord - you will receive a tracking number from PostNord by SMS and email when the shipment has been received at a distribution center - typically in the evening.
It is our experience that delivery to Pakkeshop is the fastest and safest way to get your order delivered as quickly as possible.
