Choose the correct harness size

Measure yourself from the front waistband, over the shoulder, to the back waistband, add 10 cm and you will get the right length

If you don't have a measuring tape nearby, you can use the following guidelines:

120 cm long braces fit all up to approx. 185 cm height

140 cm long braces fit all up to approx. 200 cm height

However, take into account a very masculine stomach area, and provide a little extra length for body bends!

If you want the adjustment clips up to chest height (which some people think is nice), add it to the length.

The length of our harnesses is measured from clip to clip (or strap to strap) without length regulation activated.

Our braces are elastic (5-10%) and can be adjusted approx. 30 cm.
